What to expect…

We are looking for open minded individuals that are ready to embark on a journey of learning and personal development. There’s probably little chance you have experience in the domain we work in, but that is not what we’re looking for. We need talented and hard working individuals that are looking to further their career prospects, but willing to show this through commitment and a hands on approach.

Full training is provided and you will go through a detailed learning experience to understand the industry we operate in and the chalanges we face on a daily basis. Depending on your level of knowledge, you might be able to start only after a few days, but we are also patient with those that show potential and enthusiam.

What we need from you?

Advanced written and spoken English communication skills are essential / *other languages welcomed, but not a requirement;

95% of work will be undertaken at a computer desk, so if you are a frequent PC user, you should adapt fairly quick / we also use common programs like Office suite and a custom booking/admin panel;

Ability to multi task between platforms of communication with our clients (email, online chat, phone calls) and provide them assistance with reservations or support queries;

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to fully focus on tasks at hand;

Team spirit and good communication within a team environment;

Committed, hard working and a reliable person;

Ability to take decisions in short periods of time and follow company procedures;
