Cash Payment

We have taken the unfortunate decision to no longer accept cash bookings to be reserved on our website, mainly due to the sudden rise in “no shows” and fake reservations that we have been experiencing at our end. We understand that this might cause an inconvenience amongst some of our customers, but we do hope you can understand that each time we experience such an issue, we risk damaging our relationship with a driver; this ultimately leads to further problems with reliability and professionalism, something we would like to avoid at all costs.

We will still allow for cash payment or other forms of payment with reservations, but this will be subject to our own discretion. Such reservations can only be made with the assistance of an operator, via phone, email or chat online.

Membership Account & 10% Discount

We wanted to update our customers in regards to the membership account and 10% discount which comes with it; after months of research, we have found out that only part of our customers actually register online to benefit from this feature and the reduced cost. Considering this, we want all our customers to take advantage of our best prices!

To some extent the account feature is “holding” our website back from offering our customers much more useful features. As a result, we will be suspending our membership account at the end of January 2016. Do not be alarmed! This does not mean you will no longer benefit from our discount; on the contrary, this will automatically be included and all customers will take advantage of our reduced prices without the effort of registering online and creating an account with us.

Autodispatch to the rescue!

We have worked long and hard on the development of our new back end system and together with our partners at T|Dispatch, have engineered an efficient dispatch algorithm that ensures both our customers and drivers benefit. How you ask? Well, each driver is allocated to a specific plot in London, as soon as a booking reaches our system, within seconds it is already sent to the driver closest by; this helps us improve on the dead mileage undertaken by our drivers, the amount of time our customers are waiting for a journey, but also helps us improve on our CO2 impact on the environment.

But this is just the start…

With technological advances in the automotive industry, we are seeing a drastic reduction on the amount of CO2 emission a fleet is causing; together with the new dispatch system, we are ensuring our fleet turns “green”. FAQ's

Parking and waiting time...

With each and every airport and port pickup, you have included in the price 30 mins of free waiting and parking time. What this means is that starting from the actual scheduled pickup time (see flight tracking* and meet & greet* for more info), you have 30 mins on top, which should cover you for any delays occurred with luggage or passport control.

Meet and greet...

With any airport, port or train station pickup, you will automatically have included meet and greet, which means that one of our drivers will be waiting for you at the designated location (see pickup points* for more info) with a name board on display. You will also have all your driver/vehicle details provided prior to the journey.

Flight tracking...

All airport pickups come included with the flight tracking feature. We monitor your flight and reschedule your pickup time accordingly, should there be an earlier or delayed arrival (t&c\'s* apply). What this means in simpler terms... you provide us with the flight number and landing time; when the plane lands, our driver will be at the pickup point after 30mins (actual landing time + 30mins = pickup time). Remember, you also have 30 mins free parking and waiting time on us after this!

Online bookings

We have developed our website so it works smoothly, no matter what device you're on... and it should be this way. We have made the whole process of getting a quote or booking online simple and secure. You can book a transfer within minutes and we have options for payment in cash or by card online (see secure payments* and payment types* for more info).

Pre-booked journey...

Due to the high demand, we always advise our customers to book in advance. You are getting the best price by doing so and you can avoid the disappointment of not being able to find a car with us when you need it the most. Be one step ahead and let us help you plan your transfer in advance.

Cancellation and refund policies...

  • Pre-paid bookings (card payment in advance or deposits) will be refunded in maximum 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.
  • If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the schedule pick-up time, there will be a cancellation fee applied, which depends on the time we were informed...
  • More than 24 hours before pick-up time = no charge applied / full refund
  • Between 24 and 3 hours before pick-up time = 30% of journey price
  • Between 3 hours and up to the pick-up time = 50% of journey price
  • Once journey has commenced (driver on the way) = 100% of journey price
  • If you booked a journey for the wrong date/time, but failed to inform us = 50% of journey price to rebook
  • If you double booked with a different company, but failed to inform or cancel the journey with us = 50% of journey price + parking/waiting fee
  • If you have booked a journey with us, but did not turn up, we will require a cancellation fee be paid, for time wasting = 50% of journey price + parking/waiting fee
